Do I need to pay taxes/VAT for my order?

Some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fe. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. PuckTeez will not be liable for any additional fees.

Do you have a quality guarantee?

Yes! If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we will send you a new item free of charge. Please contact us at info@dinkdrops.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will assist you.
