Returns & Fees

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, except on shoes. We will, however, provide free reprints or refunds for damaged products or product printing errors. We do not offer refunds for customer errors on custom requests or address mistakes so please check your orders carefully There are no exchanges for incorrect sizes on shirts or hoodies unless it's a product manufacturer error.

Some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fee. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. PuckTeez will not be liable for any additional fees. 

Reprint or Refund (if applicable)
The customer is required to send pictures to us to verify errors. After verification notify the customer of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your reprint or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
With the exception of shoes, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send pictures and an explanation to info@dinkdrops.com
